Robin Reid (Reading) Limited is an independent carpet, curtain and upholstery cleaning company of distinction. By investing in top of the range equipment RRR Ltd has attracted a broad range of both commercial and domestic customers. By giving a focus to providing excellent service and end results to every customer RRR Ltd has financially grown year on year.

Customer Service
Owner proprietor Robin Reid has been a long term advocate of quality service. He delivers it at a level which he would expect to receive from others and also demands a high level of customer service from all his employees. He does this by investing in training for all staff and gaining accreditation from the major trade associations. Up to 50% of all work is by referral and repeat business. His customers complete satisfaction is his aim. He isn't happy unless they are!

Technology
Robin has invested in the American Bane-Clene System®. This is a truck mounted cleaning machine which provides excellent results on all types of carpet and upholstery. The Bane-Clene system moves away from the noisy, cosmetic approach to carpet cleaning of many of the other portable machines. This truck mounted carpet cleaning system is highly effective and environmentally friendly. Both noise and disruption are kept low and results are high.
